AKROFUOM DISTRICT ASSEMBLY HOLDS AAP REVIEW MEETING
The meeting was attended by all the departments/units of the assembly and other decentralised agencies of the assembly to report on their various activities for the first half of the year and what other programmes they intend to do for the second half of the year.
The district coordinating director Mr. Ebenezer
D. Ntiamoah chaired the meeting and charged heads of department/units to attach importance and seriousness to their functions.
He added that the result for their output will make the district meet most of their set target.
The District Chief Executive Hon. Dr. Maurice Jonas Woode also said if HODs are able to perform their functions well, the public will be satisfied and they will see the importance of their job and their services to them.
HODs of the departments/units and agencies present their activities and what is left to them to perform as well as their challenges and how to address them.
The district planning officer, Mrs Charity Osei Mensah who summed up all the activities of the various departments/units and agencies review that so far the assembly has
been able to perform 71% of the total action plans formed at the beginning of the year.
She expressed optimism that with the pace at which the other actions are being performed, the assembly might meet its target.
